Actively seeking an experienced Implementation Analyst Consultant to support the technical readiness of Conduent’s HSP Core Claims Administration System for Medicare and Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP). This consultant will lead efforts to ensure regulatory alignment, seamless integration, and accurate system configuration for the 2026 Medicare/DSNP program launch in California.
